Data has grown into a commodity with more and more data being produced and stored every day. The real challenge is not in collecting more data, it is in putting that data to good use and formulating real actions that improve commercial and operational decisions. That’s what we do.
We target all functions that drive the commercial performance of airlines: fleet & network, sales steering and optimization, dynamic pricing, revenue management, and contract management.

Providing data and insights is not enough. We want to drive actions and are relentless in asking ourselves “so what” does this data point or insight imply. We focus on business implications. We believe there is untapped opportunity in doing more with existing data. We want less dashboard, more actions.

We don’t have the ambition to disrupt the entire industry, we simply like to help airlines do 3-7% better. We can’t do that alone. We want airlines to partner with us, whether that is with data, co-development, or strategy consulting. We work for airlines, and we work with airlines.

We are a 20+ team consisting of strategy consultants, data scientists and software developers. We love cargo. We want to build things that matter for airlines and airports.
That said, we’re also a team of real people who like to have fun, and like to obsess about our coffee, our bikes, our hikes, our food and drinks. We’re based in the Netherlands but travel the world and love the diversity of working in multiple cultures.
